I'm thinking about going back to college, but my math skills were always terrible...?

I'm older now, and think I'd do much better with algebra and the like, but am wondering if anyone has the name of a decently priced math home study course I could invest in so I can byp the cles but take the placement tests. I majored in fine art in school, and my learning style is particularly hands on and intuitive. I really wanted to do well in math when I was younger... tutors, seeing the teacher after cl, extra homework, etc. It just always seemed I couldn't find the right teaching style to have it all make sense. Any course ideas I can look into?
