A question for all the Engineering graduates out there...?

There is a huge surplus of engineers. However, engineers have proven to be movitaved and dependable so they get hired to do other jobs, even if they are called engineers. However, once they graduate, a large majority of engineers never have any occion to do the math and engineering calculations they learned and did in college.
