Aprilia sx 50 fitting a 70cc head ?

hi im thinking about fitting a 70 cc cylinder head on my aprilia sx 50 but would i need to get a bigger carburetor or adjust the fuel and air mixture or throttle pin ? and how much speed would the bike increase by it does about 40 now with just the exhaust derestricted.
