Can you get financial aid and use some of it to move to another state, where you want to go to college?

I want to move to California, where a lot of colleges for my major (zoology) are. I wanted to move there as soon as possible, without having to save for 2 years to get there. Is there any kind of financial aid you can get to help move you near your college? I have to move myself, and two other people there. It doesn't have to cover all of it, but can I use part of it, or get a separate grant/ or loan to move? (U-haul expenses, gas expenses, rent/deposit expenses) And then after that can I still get enough financial aid to use to go to college?
