How can I measure the flavonoid content of iced tea?

For our experiment in chemistry, our topic is a comparative study on the flavonoid content of different brands of iced tea. However, I have absolutely no idea how to measure the flavonoid content. After thorough research, all I found out was flavonoids are the antioxidants found in iced tea. How do I measure the flavonoid content?
