I have inverted and im 18, will they ever get normal? do guys think its weird?

they only "pop out" if I pinch them or its really cold, and even then they dont always pop out. it makes me feel really weird since I see other girls and they are normal and perky and mine dont pop out at all. will i grow out of it since im only 18?
