Is it advisable to replace a 600V rated breaker to a 480V ones of the same AT rating?

Our system voltage is 480V, for sure it is applicable. But what would be the effect on the system coordination? Or in a panelboard with 600V branch breakers,can I add a 480V breaker on its spaces?
