My ego is for eliminating ignorance. God's/Theist's ego creates the ignorance. Which ego is better?

Hindu's God Krishna has the ego that He is supreme. He reveals this in Gita. Krishna is matured than me but he himself had an ego. So why can't I? My ego will not kill anybody. It is for eliminating religious ignorance among the people. But Krishna's ego created the war and killed millions. Innocents were also killed. So, which ego is better?
