Need Professional Hair Help? (Ethnic Hair)?
Black hair is so hard to care for because it is so fragile contrary to what some believe. You have to build and strengthen your hair from the inside out. And that means having a good diet that includes protein and amino acids. Invest in a good multi-vitamin that will help your overall health. Also you should invest in a good conditioner. I deep conditioner my hair every time I wash it. I sit under a dryer or simply put on a shower cap with the conditioner still in my hair for about 30 mins. That help to seal in the moisture. Also while trying to grow your hair back try keeping it up and relax on so using so many heating products. I only wear my hair down on really special occasions. For the most time I'm rocking nice updos, so I don't break my hair off. Stay away from braids because they put unnecessary stress to your hair, and most people braid entirely too tight. Which will cause your hair on the sides to fall out. Good luck and don't worry if you follow my advice your hair will be swinging around your shoulders in no time. P.S. Also keep your hair tied up at night with a silk scarf or hankie, and mage your scalp daily.
