Who could handle the Cuban Missile Crisis? Obama or McCain?

Seeing how Obama has been quoted as saying that Iran, Venezuela, and Cuba are small countries that pose no serious threat to America, you tell me who you would have wanted sitting the Presidency? Someone who has seen combat and knows what war is like. Or someone who is so young and naive that they can't remember how many states are in this country, or that during the Cold War our enemy (Russia) had nuclear missiles being shipped to a hostile country just 90 miles off our shore.
